Douglas Wawrzynski, J.D., Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP), will lead a panel discussion and question & answer session on how contracts reduce risk to investigators, their teams, and the University. The relationship between informed consent forms and subject injury clauses, indemnification protections and limitations, and intellectual property rights in sponsor-initiated research versus investigator-initiated research, will be explored.
