Enroll

Full course description

This is a REd Online (ASYNCHRONOUS) class.

Class Description: In this class we will introduce you to the Office of Quality Compliance's (OQC) Toolkit.

Managing a study and its activities can be a daunting task. Appropriate documentation is a key element to a research study. With this in mind, the Office of Quality Compliance has compiled a toolkit to serve as a reference to those conducting/managing research studies. This toolkit offers templates for use with conducting, tracking and/or monitoring research activities. This class will introduce the documents available in the toolkit for study teams to download and adapt for their own use.

Class Objectives: At the conclusion of this class, you should be able to:

  • Describe the toolkit and its purpose
  • Demonstrate how the toolkit can be accessed via the OQC website
  • Review several commonly used templates found in the toolkit
  • Explore how template documents can be downloaded and modified for use with individual studies
